Care Instructions:
Hand wash in mild soapy water. Towel dry immediately. Do not place in Dishwasher as this will severely damage the wood. Soaking is not recommended.

Periodically rub food-grade mineral oil over the surface to preserve it. Follow the instructions that come with the mineral oil.
If big cuts or nicks appear in the board, lightly sand with sandpaper along the grain to remove any sharp edges and oil the board as instructed above.

Not for use in dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer.
